I called them on a Tuesday afternoon and they had a technician come on a Thursday afternoon. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Matt came to do my service for mice and was very helpful. He walked all around my home inside and out. Showed my husband and I possible entrance points and gave recommendations for how to fix the problem. He put the bait boxes and gave us clear instructions on what to do next!
