Great service from start to finish. The office associate was knowledgeable and pleasant during scheduling. The Tech arrived on time and called ahead as requested. Noah (Tech) was superb on the service call. He was very thorough and went above and beyond and reassured me that the situation would be handled with no problems and not to worry. He took extra steps in showing me entry points for the mice and advised on how to close. It was very reasonably priced for especially for the peace of mind. Did a great job spraying my house. We have silverfish and we haven’t seen any since we got the house sprayed.

Make sure you move your furniture away from the wall so they can spray in every nook and cranny.

I love there business when I first had to call them it was in 2011 then I call them back in 2017 and I just called them Tuesday 2020 they give you six months but they are so good that I didn't have to call them till three years later. My problem was mices and what ever Thoses boxes they put down for them it WORKS I have told my family and friends about this company and they all love the company so it you have problems with mices or what ever give this company a call they are the BEST 👍👍😊😊

I have used the service for bees the first time and I never seen a bee the rest of the summer. I moved from that location to a home by the water which we get tons of spiders. So I decided to use their services again. I was greeted by a very nice young man named Dylan who was very professional and explained everything and was very prompt on his time. I'm glad they service my area in Newport. I am anxious to see the results through the summer. I will update next month to let you know how things are going. The office staff is very professional as well.

I called them on a Tuesday afternoon and they had a technician come on a Thursday afternoon. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Matt came to do my service for mice and was very helpful. He walked all around my home inside and out. Showed my husband and I possible entrance points and gave recommendations for how to fix the problem. He put the bait boxes and gave us clear instructions on what to do next! I hope I don’t ever need to call them again but I know if I ever have another problem that I can rely on this company for assistance!
