Sadly it is not a suprise to see a rat in my yard, but imagine my suprise/panic to hear scratching in the upstairs walls. I needed help. Hello All Seasons!

I am blown away by the customer service I’ve received from start to finish.

Last night just before 6 I heard some noises in my basement drop ceiling. I look in the drop ceiling and found a huge hornets nest. It was so big that when standing on the other side of the room you could hear them making a noise that sounded like a cat purring. At first I called Orkin and scheduled an appointment with them. Then decided I wanted to hire a local company.

Matt is always prompt, pleasant, and efficient. I have used his service for several years.

I don't even know where to start and tell you about All seasons pest control. I will start by saying Matt and Tim are 2 of the most down to earth, understanding, compassionate, and dedicated people I have ever seen when it comes to there work. This is a real review! I wasn't paid to give this, it's not fake, this is a true real story. About 2 weeks ago we heard scratching in our walls. We thought it would go away and it did. Then it would come back.

I have used the service for bees the first time and I never seen a bee the rest of the summer. I moved from that location to a home by the water which we get tons of spiders. So I decided to use their services again. I was greeted by a very nice young man named Dylan who was very professional and explained everything and was very prompt on his time. I'm glad they service my area in Newport. I am anxious to see the results through the summer. I will update next month to let you know how things are going. The office staff is very professional as well.

Called them to remove a wasp’s nest. He came out the next day. The nest was apparently not being used and safe to remove. Didn’t charge me for the call. Will use again.

I truly appreciate how quickly All Seasons Pest Control responded to our problem. We discovered hundreds of yellow jackets inside our home that had bored their way in through our drywall on Sunday, and they arrived to eradicate the problem as scheduled on Tuesday. Matt cut as small a hole as possible to remove the nest, sprayed to ensure all were killed, and even showed me the Queen. Matt was super nice and definitely knows what he's doing. I would not hesitate to contract with All Seasons in the future. VERY professional. Thanks so very much!

The appointment set up when I called was quick and efficient…the person even tried to squeeze us in that same day even though we did not ask her to do so. It wasn’t possible (which was absolutely fine) and the exterminator was at our home on the scheduled day at almost exactly 1000am (we were given a time of 10-12). He was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. He did not try to have us treat anything more than we requested but asked sufficient questions to make sure we didn’t need more extensive treatment.

Excellent customer service!! On time and let us know exactly what was going to be done and what to expect after.

They are absolutely amazing. They're so friendly and professional. Any time I have to call, Angela is so patient and kind on the phone. I've had both Matt and Johnny come out and they were real down to earth and got the job done quickly. I have had ants in the house that I feel would honestly live through a nuclear war for a few years. I'm talking thousands...it's truly been a battle. I've had 2 other companies come out and half (butt) the job and the ants really never went away at all.

Matt was very professional. He found the yellow jacket nest quickly and resolved the problem.

Jason was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful, would recommended him to any family home.
