I am blown away by the customer service I’ve received from start to finish.

Last night just before 6 I heard some noises in my basement drop ceiling. I look in the drop ceiling and found a huge hornets nest. It was so big that when standing on the other side of the room you could hear them making a noise that sounded like a cat purring. At first I called Orkin and scheduled an appointment with them. Then decided I wanted to hire a local company.

Had an issue and they were able to send Matt out the next day to take care of it. He was very knowledgable and professional.
