Great service from start to finish. The office associate was knowledgeable and pleasant during scheduling. The Tech arrived on time and called ahead as requested. Noah (Tech) was superb on the service call. He was very thorough and went above and beyond and reassured me that the situation would be handled with no problems and not to worry. He took extra steps in showing me entry points for the mice and advised on how to close. It was very reasonably priced for especially for the peace of mind. They will be 1st choice if I need services in the future.

Matthew was the tech that came out along with another young man. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how they answered all of my many questions with no problem. I called them on a Tuesday afternoon and they had a technician come on a Thursday afternoon. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Matt came to do my service for mice and was very helpful. He walked all around my home inside and out. Showed my husband and I possible entrance points and gave recommendations for how to fix the problem. He put the bait boxes and gave us clear instructions on what to do next! I hope I don’t ever need to call them again but I know if I ever have another problem that I can rely on this company for assistance!

Last night just before 6 I heard some noises in my basement drop ceiling. I look in the drop ceiling and found a huge hornets nest. It was so big that when standing on the other side of the room you could hear them making a noise that sounded like a cat purring. At first I called Orkin and scheduled an appointment with them. Then decided I wanted to hire a local company.

Love these guys. Have them out every year to spray for spiders. Great results.
