Noah (Tech) was superb on the service call. He was very thorough and went above and beyond and reassured me that the situation would be handled with no problems and not to worry. He took extra steps in showing me entry points for the mice and advised on how to close. It was very reasonably priced for especially for the peace of mind. I have used the service for bees the first time and I never seen a bee the rest of the summer. I moved from that location to a home by the water which we get tons of spiders. So I decided to use their services again. I was greeted by a very nice young man named Dylan who was very professional and explained everything and was very prompt on his time. I'm glad they service my area in Newport. I am anxious to see the results through the summer. I will update next month to let you know how things are going. The office staff is very professional as well.
